Pre Ordering

When you place a pre-order with us, your product will be dispatched on the release date stated.

If your order contains multiple items, including products that are not pre-orders, all items will be shipped together in the same delivery once the pre-order item is released.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for UK and 6-12 for international.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary by location. Import duties and taxes are to be paid by customers on arrival if applicable in their country.

How can I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships if Tracked Shipping is chosen.

How does the 30 Day guarantee work?

If a product you purchased from us breaks, becomes deformed, or you simply don’t like it within 30 days upon arrival, we’ll either issue a full refund or send you a replacement.

Simply send us a photo of the defective product, and we’ll take care of the rest. No questions asked.
